Why do people think that just because you have a health care plan?
thаt іt mean уου hаνе automatic acceptance аnd уου саn afford anything уου mіght need medically. Even wіth health plans уου hаνе deductibles, premiums, co-pays. Sο alot οf people whο hаνе health insurance still hаνе tο bе very selective іn thіѕ area whеn thеу gο tο thе doctor.

It’s amusing that you say that because people reckon that a prescription card is a credit card that they do not have to pay back! I’m not sure why people are under the impression that medical treatment should be free? Possibly it’s just as simple as they feel it’s owed to them. After all most of us grow up examination that there isn’t a price tag on the value of a human being!
Yeah they need to read the terms of the policy which they don’t do. But the way companies are always changing coverage they provide their employees, what might be covered today won’t be covered tomorrow. You have to take that into account as well.
So your point is that it’s not worthwhile to have health insurance? Sorry if your plot doesn’t cover everything, but it’s certainly better than having no coverage. Or is this some contorted argument hostile to a gov’t health plot — that it wouldn’t cover everything? Again something is better than nothing, especially if the plot covered major medical wants.
Not to mention many healthcare plans that midpoint class folks can afford have limits on procedures. Today we hear in this area the heart scans and body scans that aren’t covered by insurance-seems excellent heathcare is mostly for those in upper returns levels. I know of several people(midpoint class not poor) who died within a couple months of learning they had cancer-because they weren’t given the tests they should have had-too expensive and not covered by insurance. I know of two suitcases where the people made over $200,000 a year-both went to special research centers & both lived. The best plot is to hope nothing really terrible ever goes incorrect…
Even with insurance ,health care is expensive. Just because you have it doesn’t even guarentee they will cover it. And you’re right…..the deductables and premiums and co-pays can get steep. When I did have insurance I never got to the point where they really did ever cover anything.
Your statement is understood, America wants reform and I am still waiting for the Clinton’s free health insurance plot for all Americans that Bill ran with to get the votes long ago. It is a shame we can spend and give away billions on and to other nations and war and weapons but can’t care for our own broadcast.
Millions live in pain and can’t afford a surgery, with or without health insurance and most doctors won’t touch you without an insurance plot. America the superpower that turns her back on so many of her own.. Before computers came along the most wealthiest corporations in this country were oil, insurance and now the pharmaceuticals gearing up for the baby boomers.
