My mom doesn’t have health insurance and my job doesn’t give insurance to family members.
I would like to pay monthly to a health insurance company so my mom could get health check up when she needs it.

If all you want to do is get coverage for office visits for your mother, you are better off paying for the office visits outright (without insurance). Insurance for your mother will be MUCH more expensive than paying for a few office visits. my dad (single) is paying $400 a month for his personal health insurance…
and even if you do find something reasonable, they limit your services….Ie. Group Heath only prescribes drugs from GlaxoSmithKline.
Try getting a part time job at star bucks, they offer health insurance to their part timers!
