What will happen to Insurance Agents if we get Universal Health Care?

If аnу οf thе democrats gеt іntο office thеу seem determined tο mаkе complete healthcare system. Whаt wіll happen tο thе 500,000+ people thаt work іn thе health insurance industry? Dο аll those people loose thеіr job tο governemnt order takers? Personally, I don’t want thе government handeling mу healthcare. I аm a registered democrat thаt plans tο vote republican іf thе democrats keep οn wіth thіѕ complete healthcare.

the healthcare will not cover everything, don’t worry in this area insurance companies, they’ll always make loads of money.

None of the plans have any indication of removing the current system, they will just be adding to it. Which means a further full new paid for life federal department with pensions and better healthcare than any of us will ever have.

The worry you should have is the job losses in each industry across the board. Here are some facts to wrap your mind around:

Small to mid-sized American companies use 70% of non-government Americans.

These same companies are being forced to “compete” with countries that have no EPA, no OSHA, no outcome labor laws, no minimum wage AND they get government hand outs to take our business away.

These “plans” will fall squarely on the shoulders of the already struggling small business. So, in order to keep the doors open they will have to let more people go.

Or as thousands are already doing, say F it and close their doors.

Wake up America before we are all on welfare.

This “complete healthcare plot” is just a further word for unemployed and starving. Delight in!

I am going to answer your question the best way I know how. If we get complete health care the total medical system will suffer. Not just insurance agents and companies. If there is a government controlled health care system. The profit incentive will be removed from health care. The doctors and specialist that now go to medical school for 12+ years of training in some suitcases will dry up. Why would you go to medical school and run up all that debt if you can’t get rich in your profession?

Not likely. Private health insurance will still exist, and the people that DO get laid off, can get jobs working for the government, doing the same thing at a higher pay, with less effeciency.

Last time Hillary was involved with health care in the early nineties a woman approached her and said “If we get complete health care what happens to me? I sell health insurance for a living.”

Hillary told her “You seem like a smart woman. I’m sure you’ll find something else to do”.

    Compassionate huh.
