What does McCain’s health care plan mean for us?
McCain wουld mаkе уου pay returns tax οn уουr health insurance benefits. Taxing health benefits fοr thе first time еνеr. And thаt tax credit? McCain’s οwn Web site ѕаіd іt goes straight tο thе insurance companies, nοt tο уου.
Leave-taking уου οn уουr οwn tο pay McCain’s health insurance tax. Taxing health care instead οf fixing іt. Cаn wе afford John McCain?
Opinions please!
You’re going to be paying more taxes while receiving less coverage. Your work may even drop you.
Just what the the working midpoint class wants, More things to pay for!
Boy, John McCain sure is in touch with what the midpoint class wants.
higher taxes.
That he cares in this area your health, duh.
McCain’s health care plot, along with his fiscal plot, boil down to one simple fact-unless you already have millions of dollars, you will be converted into poorer and poorer day by day.
Well, duh, the tax credit is FOR the health care, so OF COURSE, it goes to the health care insurance!! What? You wanted to get it and scam the government for a hand out for something else? The money is FOR HEALTH CARE, it makes sense it goes to HEALTH CARE INSURANCE!
Do you realize that the 95% of people that Obama plans to reduce taxes on DO NOT PAY TAXES ALREADY – this is just a further Government hand out plot, that by the way- due to the bailout – we no longer have the funds to pay for – something you can thank the Democratic Congress for! A further hand out!
The other fantastic programs Obama has said he will give – now how do you reckon that will be paid for? TAX – more tax. Top economist have stated that Obama does this, he will drive the Nation into a deeper depression!
I am not wealthy at all either, below midpoint class is were I sit, but I am not blinded and stupid to believe the things that Obama says that makes no sense!
WAKE UP and stop believing the fairy tale!
Plus just for the confirmation, the $5000 tax credit McCain is proposing for those without health insurance will just in this area pay for one self for a high deducible policy. No insurance for the rest of the family
Really, it’s the employers who will be taxed on health care benefits, not the employees. That will make it less likely that employers will offer health care benefits, so more people will have to shop for other plans.
The $5,000 tax credit won’t be sufficient for most people to pay for a health plot comparable to what you get through your employer. So, you’re right: we’ll be left with large health insurance premiums to pay ourselves.
Several major research organizations have studied McCain’s health plot and have said that while initially, more people will have health insurance, after in this area 10 years, fewer people will be insured than are today. This is because the tax credit will rise based on inflation, but the cost of healthcare & health insurance rises much quicker than inflation. So before long, that tax credit will be even less useful than it would be today.
Finally an answer that makes sense.Looks like most of you have swallowed the lefts discussion points
It means higher taxes, less coverage and a continuation of health insurance companies overriding your physician’s decisions in this area tests and treatments.

McCain’s plot won’t pass the House and neither will Obama’s. They need to figure out why the cost of medical care is so outrageous in the first place before they come up with any plot to insure Americans.
