This is the same fund that gives discounts for landline service to the sick and elderly.I recieved my nine dollar phone two months ago with the allowed ten dollars worth free monthly minutes. The phone will not work and after 17 conversations with people I can not understand and five times being sent email conformations – claiming the replacement was on it’s way…..
