None I know of are affordable but you can look into Healthy Families for your kids, only. Depending on your returns, your kids could qualify for $9-$30/mo/kid

Depends what you refer to as affordable. You can get a major medical plot, with high deductable, which has office visits for a family inexpensive, which still could be $200-$400 per month. The other possible option is a savings health plot, I believe you can get regular doctor visits but like the major medical a large amount would have to come out of your pocket if you needed to get to the hospital.

One more thought, there is insurance for kids, I would have to question a companion of mine what the name of it is that can cover the kids only individually. This is in this area $40 -$60 per month depending on medical.

    Hope this helps.

~~If you are in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, or Hawaii, you can fantastic coverage, with very reasonable rates through Costco Health Insurance and they have a small business plot which requires no preexisting conditions. Call 1-800-611-9057 at ext 2206. This reaches Lisa which is the rep we used and she was brilliant and getting us an brilliant package. One requirement is you have to be an Executive Member (higher yearly cost, but you always get 2% back on all your buys, so we end up making money on ours. It also offers dental with it too. We have been so pleased with our policy! Hopefully you live in one of these states. Best of luck!~~

Apply for state insurance, you should be able to get it since you have kids.

If you are in college, you may want to check again to see if there is a health insurance program that is written through your school. United Healthcare has a plot available at many US schools. These student injury and illness plans provide wide ranging coverage and are designed to be affordable for college students. To check if your school is participating, go to www.UHCSR.com and penetrate your school name in the search box. You might also be interested in joining the American College Student Association (ACSA), a national organization for college students. They have lots of member benefits, including student health insurance. Their membership fee is affordable.

For your children, United Healthcare offers “kids only” health insurance plans that provide children’s coverage for queasiness and accidents. Their plans are written through school districts and many private K12 schools throughout the US. Their health plot is designed to be affordable, at just $98 each 2 months. Check out www.k12studentinsurance.com to see if your outcome’s school district (or private school) is participating. Click on the “Plans & Pricing” tab, penetrate the district name or private school name and the state in the search box and review the plans.

Not insurance, discount dental & health programs. They are available in 44/50 states. You could even sign up to do the work from home part time. Just check them out. Can’t hurt you and with plans that cover the total household for 19.95 to 59.95/mo. can’t hurt.
