How can I get state aide health insurance?
I am 24yrs old and I used to be on my mothers health insurance but I recently moved out and will be kicked off it soon. I work 2 part time jobs that do not offer health insurance and I can’t afford to buy my own since I make less than $1,000 a month. Do I qualify for SAGA? How do I apply?
You go to your state medicaid website and apply.
As far as qualifying, it depends on how many people live in your house, and the household income.
there is much help from the government and that’s free or very low cost.
Federally funded health centers care for you, even if you have no health insurance. You pay what you can afford, based on your income. Health Centers provide health and dental care to people of all ages, whether or not they have health insurance or the money to pay for health care.
